This is the third book in the Nightwalkers series. It was one of my favorites. Elijah is injured and rescued by the lycanthrope queen, Siena. She helps him recover, but falls in love with him. They do have trouble to overcome. Elijah was one of the biggest threats in the war between their people, so although they have found a way to give in to their feelings they still have to seek a way to reconcile their people.
I liked Elijah and Siena very much and to have them together was fun to read. Another great addition by Jacquelyn Frank to the Nightwalker series. I throughly enjoyed reading about Elijah and Siena. In this book you also get a look at the lycanthrope society which is a fascinating one if I do say so myself. For those Nightwalker fans and for those people who just want a good book to read, I recommend this one. I read the ebook version of this fantasy romance. The author takes old story elements e.g. shapechangers and demons and turns it all on its head. Elijah is a very powerful character and Siena is a very stubborn woman. The story makes for a fun read. I really liked this paranormal romance. It is the third in a series and I do recommend that the others be read before this ebook. It focuses more on the lycanthropes than any other race. I really like the idea that they use their hair to change shapes, it is another part of their bodies and it can bleed and losing too much of it can kill them.Very unusual. I really liked Siena's character she was very strong and very much in touch with her wild side. Very good ebook, a good addition to this series. This paranoral ebook is the third in Frank's excellent series, "The Nightwalkers." Demon warrior captain Elijah meets his match in the Lycanthrope Queen, Siena. Their love story and steamy sex scenes sizzle on the pages. I love the emotional depth that Frank brings to her characters. I would highly recommend this ebook. This is the 3rd book in this series and picks right up w/ the same momentum as the previous book. Jacquelyn Franks has truly become one of my favorite authors! I highly recommend this series to anyone who's looking for adventure, romance, and suspense.
