This was a terrific installment. Lara has escaped as a child from the mage and her father. In the previous book it was clear that her father was a bad man, but this story gives more clues about that. Lara was abused as a child, but now she goes back to the same place were she was tortured. Nicholas meets Lara and realizes that Lara is his lifemate. I really love how the Dark series are developing and I can’t wait for the next installment.
