One look at former high school hunk chief of police Ben Lawson and Molly is back in business. The town gossip is buzzing at her door and, worse still, a stalker seems to be watching her every move. This book was cute and refreshing. The sex was hot, and the romance was fun and sweet. It was a little annoying how the heroine kept hiding things about her life but in the end it made sense. The villain was obvious or so it seemed, but there was a little twist to the end that was unexpected. Overall, I was very pleased with the story. LOVE THIS BOOK! Just finished reading it and wow! What can i say? it's got everything a reader will be happy with! romance, suspense and Mystery! love how Molly strings Ben along and the way she makes him jealous is very funny hehe! ONE THAT CAN'T BE MISSED! RECOMMEND! Humor, Romance, Erotica & Mystery. That's what you get when you read Victoria Dahl's Talk Me Down, & trust me I could not stop reading until the end. Molly Jenkins an erotic fiction author has moved back to Tumble Creek, and she is driving her brothers best friend Chief of Police Ben Lawson crazy in a naughty way. Then enter a stalker who's watching Mollys every move and scaring her. Can't wait for more great books by this author. I absolutely loved this book! It was the perfect book to kick off 2009 in reading. Talk Me Down is Victoria Dahl’s first contemporary romance. This book had the perfect blend of romance and humor that had me turning the pages. I was torn between wanting to find out how it all ends and not wanting it to end. It definitely left me wanting more.
Molly and Ben have chemistry that leaps off the pages. I had some moments where I would laugh out loud. With a cast of secondary characters that added to the book especially Molly’s friend, Lori Love.
I’m looking forward to her next contemporary featuring Lori Love from Talk Me Down as the heroine. I would recommend this book to any looking for a good contemporary read that will leave them with a smile. Can't wait for more from this author. Storyline was great, very romantic and downright erotic sex scenes. Basically, girl next door Molly comes home and meets up with her teenage crush Ben. Throw in a little mystery poor Molly is being stalked and you've got an excellent read! Molly Jenkins has one naughty little secret: her job as a bestselling erotic fiction author.
