Recommended Reading Order
The Amish Home Valley series is best read in publication order. Because each book is set in the same close-knit Ohio community and features overlapping characters, reading them in order allows you to see the community's overarching story develop. The standalone novella, The Covered Bridge, can be read at the end or after the first three novels.

Fall from Pride (2011)
The series begins with Sarah Kauffman, a talented Amish artisan whose custom-painted barn murals draw tourists—and an arsonist—to the Home Valley. Return to Grace (2012)

Set in the same Home Valley community, this shorter tale follows Benjamin Kline, an shunned former Amish man who returns home after eight years. There, he reunites with his past love, Abigail Baughman, and works to protect her from danger after she accidentally overhears a criminal plot.
