Recommended Reading Order
The best way to read the Bravelands series is by publication order, which aligns perfectly with the chronological flow of the narrative. Since the story builds on a set of rules, prophecies, and shifting leadership in the savannah, skipping books or reading them out of sequence will spoil major plot twists.
Arc 1: Bravelands (Original Series)
This is where the adventure begins. The story is told from the perspectives of a lion (Fearless), a baboon (Thorn), and an elephant (Sky) as they try to keep the peace and find a true leader for the Bravelands.

Unlike Erin Hunter's massive Warriors series, the Bravelands universe does not feature any separate novellas, Super Editions, guidebooks, or manga. This makes it much easier to read! You only need to follow the main 12 books to get the full story.
