While the series is named Cowboys of Cold Creek, the primary setting for almost all the books is the fictional town of Pine Gulch, Idaho, which lies near the Grand Teton mountains. Cold Creek refers to the wider rural county area and specific local ranches. Additionally, several novels are packaged in omnibus collections under alternative titles (such as Dalton's Undoing also circulating as Snowfall in Cold Creek), so be careful not to accidentally buy the same story twice under different names.
