Recommended Reading Order
For the best reading experience, you should follow the publication order. The series begins with the main trilogy focusing on Coraline Conwell, and then transitions into the companion spin-off series, Ever Night Chronicles, which expands the lore around the vampire Cortez and his clan.
The Coraline Conwell Trilogy
The first three novels form a continuous story arc tracking Coraline's survival, her mysterious powers, and her relationship with the vampire Mason:
- A Wicked Hunger (2014) – Follows Coraline's introduction to the vampire underworld after her husband's death.
- A Wicked Night (2015) – Explores Coraline's magical lineage and the rising tensions among the vampire clans.
- A Wicked Desire (2016) – Concludes Coraline's direct story arc within the primary trilogy.
Ever Night Chronicles (Spin-Offs)
The subsequent novels shift focus to standalone romances centered on members of Cortez's vampire clan and their club, Ever Nights:
- Keeping His Siren (2017) – Focuses on Cortez and was awarded the 2018 National Excellence in Romance Fiction Award (NERFA) in the Erotic Romance category.
- The Vampire's Masquerade (2018) – Tells the story of Kasima Wilder and the vampire Lex during a masquerade ball.
Chronological vs. Publication Order
The publication order perfectly mirrors the chronological progression of the universe. Because the events of the Ever Night Chronicles spin-offs build on the world-building introduced in the first three books—including the history of the century-long human-vampire conflict—readers are strongly encouraged to start with A Wicked Hunger before moving on to the standalones.
